What a week!

Monday: presidential candidate Hillary Clinton visited our offices and spoke about the issues. She had some good things to say, but ran on, and on, and on. She didnt quite know what to say when someone from Nickelodeon asked what she and former Prez Clinton watch on TV at night. She finally answered "24" and "Grey's Anatomy."




Wednesday morning: Big ole rainstorm causes a tornado on Long Island. Shut down a lot of the trains and roads too. We're not used to Texas-style thunderstorms.





Wednesday evening: Gigantic explosion rocks midtown Manhattan. It's scary to know that there are pipes under our streets that are 80+ yrs old and those in charge are expecting more issues in the future. My friend Kitch was in the middle of the madness. Kitch - I dont know how you are coping...I feel for you!!



Thursday: I was supposed to fly to Nashville tonight to see BobbyG, but due to a pending rainstorm, I'm stuck in NYC for another night. I fly out Friday instead.





Friday: 1 year ago I went to DC and fell in love.
