Sorry I've been MIA lately. I've been traveling a lot for work...again. I spent almost a week in New Orleans for work (and play - BobbyG came to visit too!!). And it was quite an emotional trip. Work was nuts as usual, but we got to see St. Bernard Parish and the devastation that still exists 1.5 yrs after Hurricane Katrina. Frustrating to see and all I want to do is help.

BobbyG walked about 20 miles during out visit - no kidding! And saw every last part of New Orleans. We went to Algiers, across the Mississippi and saw the following statue of Louis Armstrong.

And the picture below is also from Algiers. We went to see the place where Mardi Gras sleeps during the rest of the year.



I also got some MoJo oil from the voodoo lady, but it doesnt seem to be working yet. Had quite the bad day. Maybe I did it wrong. Sigh.
