Why do people talk on their cell phones while in the bathroom stall? Today at work, I heard someone in the bathroom stall saying "uh-huh....yes, ok, sounds good....oh? what did he say?" Then there was a flush, and continued conversation while washing hands. Ewwww.

I hear this same thing a lot in airport bathrooms too.
