I remember a skit on SNL about tech support "Nick Burns" at an office...and how the tech guy would make fun of the people having tech problem. I've always been friends with our tech support at our old office building, but the new building's guy is a pain!

The issue (in case you're reading, Sonny): every single time I turn my computer on from a cold start, it will freeze in about 15-20 minutes, I cant use Ctrl+Alt+Delete and I have to do a hard reboot. It's frustrating!

The tech support dude says the following comments during our conversation:

1) "If it doesnt happen every day, then it isnt a problem."

2) I told tech-man that I have had this computer since Sept 2004. He said "not possible, we didnt give Dell D600s that long ago." He's nuts, I've had the same computer since the day I started here.

3) "It's not that I dont believe you're having a problem...but..."

He did some searching on my computer, but didnt actually do anything...said he fixed it and asked me to call next time it freezes. Ass.
