I'm from Texas as you know, but I have something to admit. I like Taco Bell, which really cannot be considered good mexican food (that I always proclaim NYC does not have). In fact, I've been craving it for the past 2 weeks and tonight was glorious. I got a bean burrito and chips with nasty plastic cheese and it was soooo good.
Anything you'd like to admit?

I like those old Jack-in-the-Box tacos. I don't know if they still have them. Anyway, back in the day, they put each one in an individual little bag. If you held the back up vertically the bottom would turn a reddish-orange from all the grease. They had what looked like a half-slice of plastic cheese (like Kraft) in each one. They were (are) wonderful.
