A different department than the one I work for houses their interns in the cube next to me. I get to hear all of their conversations and they all make me laugh. Never fails, they always get girls that have the Long Island or Jersey accent or as most people will relate...the Valley Girl accent. Here are a few things I've overheard.

• "Are you gonna rock those kicks?" - that means, are you going to wear those shoes. The intern asked the Vice President of her office that question and he looked at her like she had two heads. Funny.
• "Is New Jersey a borough of New York City?" - no stupid, it's a STATE!
• and my personal favorite "What does fellatio mean?" OH DEAR!! the best part was hearing the other intern explaing what it meant. I love my job.

These poor girls aren't the smartest. I'll keep you updated with the latest remarks.
