On Friday morning, I was standing in line (or on line as they say up here) at Dunkin Donuts for my daily dose of iced coffee, and I saw/heard something rather funny. There's a man in front of me...about my age, kinda tough looking - had a dew rag on with a Yankees hat over it, kinda gangsta clothes on and looking pretty serious. Dunkin Donuts always has the soft-n-easy-favorites radio station on every morning and this one was no different. I look over at tough-guy and he bust out singing with Shania Twain on the radio....he sings, "man, I feel like a woman."

I laughed so hard!!

Well, it's finally Saturday - not as great a weekend as last, but it'll have to do. On Friday, my office had our biggest fundraiser of the year out in the Hamptons. Never fails, this event is always tough. It was quite a success, but I didnt get home until 3am. And so it goes.

I also turned in my final paper for my summer class yesterday. It was all about No Child Left Behind policy - good times.

OK, time to clean the apartment....enjoy your day :)
