Do you have a song that can ALWAYS make you happy...or can be the remedy to anything, good or bad? I may have a few, but one of the most amazing ones is Make Our Garden Grow from Bernstein's Candide. My mom and I went to see Candide at the New York City Opera a week or so ago, and it was amazing!!

This week Christy and I were out for an after-work walk, and we discovered our mutual love for Candide. We started singing this very song. It's good one - especially when the chorus takes over w/o the orchestra. Sigh.
