It's been a busy week - sorry for no postings after that horrible subway rant.

Last week, I went to LA for less than 24 hrs. Had one meeting and then went to the VH1 Storytellers taping for the Dixie Chicks. i dont know when it will air (stay tuned), but you should all check it out. They were amazing!!

Just one rant about LA - have you ever been to downtown LA? WOW, what a shit hole! In fact, I'm now hearing it's the biggest and worst skid row in the country, and I believe it. There were more crack addicts and heroine junkies than I've ever seen in my 7 yrs in NYC. I was very scared. My coworker was 1/2 way down the block and had people messing with her so bad she had to sprint back to the venue and get a security guard to escort her. I managed to secure this 6'3, 250 lb man that was working the audio system to escort me to my car. I hadnt slept in 23 hrs and wasnt feeling like I could kick someone's ass.

Anyway, got back to NYC for about 12 hrs and then went to Nashville for another meeting and then spent the weekend with Bobby G. What a nice way to end the week :) We saw all the goods and bads of Nashville....colleges, universities, the grand old opry, the new symphony, franklin (where the new Dunkin Donuts is located) and a few other sites. Awesome weekend! Oh and we visited the school where we first met. *insert cheesy sigh here*
