Good ole Indiana. I'm writing you today from sunny, warm Indianapolis. There's not much more to say about this town...Obviously it was not my choice to come here. I'm here on a business trip until Sunday evening. The conference should provide some interesting posts in the coming days. To be honest, I'd rather be back in NYC, but that's mostly because Indiana doenst conjure up that many great memories. I mean, if I dig deep, I can find some, but the surface memories are not ones I want to relive. And so it goes....The good part is that I get to see a friend of mine from college who I don't get to see all that often. We'll laugh and catch up and all will be ok.

So I got myself a personal trainer. She's a nice, educated woman but she kicked my butt last night. Today, I pushed through the soreness and did the recommended workout at my hotel gym. Luckily I'm at a nice hotel with a beautiful workout facility. I gotta keep up this workout so my next meeting with my trainer won't be too horrible.

The only other thing to comment on today is London. I love that city and I wish the terror attacks would stop. But peaceful wishes in the area of terror are unlikely to come true these days.

That's all for tonight. Go Hoosiers.
