Dear Hip Flexers,
Before this week, I had only heard of you a few times. But this week, I ask, whyyyyy do you hurt me so badly? My trainer decided to do an upper body workout and I didnt even think you'd be involved, but somehow you were. And now, I walk slightly bent over. See, last week, I couldnt get down a flight of stairs and this week, I cant walk in a straight line. My dearest hip flexers, please release me from your grip and let me walk talk.
